Does anybody know how to "trick" the computer in to thinking the O2 sensors are functional? I know they make a program for Mustangs and Camaros, so if anyone can help out!!

I bought my Cherokee with no cats and the o2 plug was hanging. I needed to go to inspection and just went to the junkyard, got an O2 sensor, and plugged it in. Drove it like that for a month with no light before I finally welded an O2 bung in the pipe.I passsed inspection with flying colors on emmisions.

Oh, also if you already have the O2 bung in your pipe, you can use the sparkplug non-fouler trick so it tricks the computer into thinking it's running with less emissions because in OBII cars in Jersey, they plug in a scanner to check emissions and if you don't pass emissions you don't pass inspection. You get 2 sparkplug non-foulers (18 mm) and drill a 1/2 in hole in one which you screw the O2 sensor into. Then second, you don't drill at all, just screw the other two on top of that and screw that into the pipe. The sensor is farther away, so it reads less emissions. Here you can take a look at what I'm talking about if you don't understand. http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...n-foulers.html
