Its just that.... My 94 xj was a basket case i had to piece together, im missing the nut that holds the shift cable onto the shaft/threaded stud coming out of the trans, cant seem to match one up,having a hardtime since i cant remove it from the trans and go to the hardware store to find something that fits, is it a special nut?? Does anyone have a pic so i can get a better idea of what i need/looking for??

hey thanks for that sizing for the nut, i had a coffe can full of nuts,fasteners, and washers, that the guy before me took off of it, but nothing matched up, so again, thanks, ill have to hit the parts store tomorrow!! thanks for lookn out!

just saying. grab both of 'em.
actually, open your air box, and remove the nut holding it in (not the two bolts towards the front, but the nut towards the rear)...IIRC that is the same size...that will give you something to compare it to
