I hate to kick up an old thread but to anyone who is doing this and has ac, be careful with the lines. It ended up taking us 2 weeks because the friend I was doing it for decided to go on vacation during the middle of the swap for a week. We also had trouble with a stupid pilot bearing. But anyway, when you set the ac on the side of the vehicle, take it and rest it back in place every time you take a break, or whenever you can. My friend has a 00 GC and his ac runs under the engine from the drivers side to the passengers side. We left the ac resting on the passenger fender for this entire time, and the rubber hose developed holes and now has leaked all the Freon out. So long story short, don't put your ac hoses at bad angles for a very long time..
