I have a 2001, which also has 4. I only did the two upstream sensors before the cat. To be fair I go the 21 mpg's in Colorado where the air is thinner. I did get around 20 on a trip to northern Michigan a couple of weeks ago.

dang, good gas mileage lol but is yours stock? mine is lifted and has 32s, about to get 35s and then 4.56 or 4.10 gears

No its not stock, but good question, its all in the set up. I'm running a 2" OME lift with 245/75/16 Goodyear Duratrac tires (load range C), 3:55 Gears, and a set of 4 hole Fuel Injectors. I didn't want to go any higher than that because of the drive line angle issues. Mine is a daily driver, so I wanted to maintain fuel economy and driveablity.

got the 2 upstream installed, ordering 2 downstreams since one of the downstreams wont stay in place, clip is broken. another $80 haha
