I had the same problem. I soaked it in PB blaster tried the dual screwdiver trick, didnt work.
I took a small file and carefully filed down, just a bit of the end of the square shaft on all sides and it slid right off.

Hmm, logical. Ha-ha, gonna have to try this. I've got a bastard file so I'll hit it with that. And more PB.

Right on. I know your reputation, they are just another company to me. If nothing else, I'd imagine that's where the biggest difference is.

No need to call, I don't take credit card orders over the phone. It's all about your personal security.

Simply place your order via the website.

Will do. Ya know its gonna be hard to only order the NSS.. So many things I want.
A quick question (pm me if ya want) does it come with any hardware? As far a I can tell it's the two nuts, lock washer and washer/s.

New NSS was sitting there waiting for me today. So it's in but the same issues persist:
-no reverse lights
-no 4th: it did once on test drive, but after it downshifted for the hill it wouldn't return to 4th.
-no 1st gear when in 1/2 gear (aw4): acts like it's in drive even when trying to manually shift.

Does NSS need adjusted? It can swivel counter/clockwise about 1/2" maybe? I installed it somewhere in the middle of it's range and it fired right up. Would start before NSS replaced.

Put it in reverse and move the NSS through it's full range while someone else watches the back-up lights.
