NSS and 700 705 codes

NSS and 700 705 codes
I replaced my NSS about a year ago on my 98 Cherokee and the 700 and 705 codes came back on the check engine light a couple months ago.
It can't possibly be bad, can it? The car seems to be working fine. No problems like before I replaced it with shifting, turning on and reverse lights.
Seems a little sluggish on shifting and timing may be a little off, but this could just be because it's 10 years old with 120k+ miles on it.
Any insights?
