NOx too High

NOx too High
Im about 104 points on the 25mph test too high on NOx..
Ive swapped out the Cables, Plugs, Cat, O2, etc. And cleaned it all up brand new air filter. If I use 91oct gas would it lower it that much? any help is appriciated!

MAP is good, and my temp seems to be ok I havent replaced it but I was thinking maybe the EGR? its a $104 part so i want to be sure before i try to replace it and I dont know how hard it is to replace... any way to clean it out?
