ok i have a 91 jeep cherokee 4.0L. been having problems starting and getting fuel and now it just wont start. i been working at it for a while now and so far i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay, and the ballast resistor, i have checked the fuses and the wiring and all look good but its not running. i can get it to start sometimes if i keep turning the key on and off till i hear the pump but the last few days i cant even get it to do that, it like its not getting power to the fuel pump. im so lost now and have no idea what to try next, can anyone help me or have any ideas on what to tr next?? someone plz help.

Try to remove the FP relay, jumper between 30 and 87 with a piece of thick wire, the pump should turn continuously. If it doesn't, investigate with a tester why there is no juice to the relay or to the pump.
