My 89 needed a new engine control module. I put one in and when I go to start it it doesn't turn the starter. When it didn't work I put my old module back on and still nothing. When I touch the terminals with a screwdriver and it kicks. Is it my starter relay?

 

To answer that question, you could try swapping the relay with a known good one...

 

I would try that but I actually forgot to plug the transmission control module back in. Haha oops. Sometimes it's the small things that make you feel stupid
