Default Not so typical blower problem

So i have scowered all forums and posts and i have yet to find an answer to my problem. My 94 xj blower does not blow at all. When i plug my blower directly into the battery it spins. I replaced the switch, and the resistor and the motor will not turn at all. There is even 11 volts going into the plug that goes into the back of the motor, and still no turning. What else could it possibly be

You got a multimeter? Check for voltage at the pins of every connector as well as continuity to ground.

Battery puts out a crap ton more amps to start the motor vs. through the system. If you have replaced everything and your getting 11v to the motor I'd go ahead and replace it.

I had the same problem. My issues was play in the blower motor connector. Check the connections. Also, ensure your grounds are cleaned and in good condition.

Bad grounds and rotted vacuum hoses sell a lot of un-needed parts.....

Here's a wiring diagram for the '94 AC/Heat circuit. Splice Z1/12 takes the blower ground wire Z1 12 BK to the ground located at the "Left Side Cowl", wherever that is.

Refer to the above diagram.

Check the blower ground circuit.

Disconnect the negative battery post connector.

Using an Ohmmeter read from pin cavity B of the blower connector to chassis ground. You should read continuity, or very low resistance.
