regardless most of the ppl on here have cut there fenders out to have more tire space just like me!

there is no way i can put flares back on with my fenders being cut

I have to vote "NO" on the fender / wheel well requirement. A T-bucket would look hideous with:

there are grandfather clause rules of which that would fall into, just like seat belts in older cars you are only required to have seatbelts if your car originally had them and only need shoulder restraints if they originally had them.

They have no business whatsoever on a bucket. I can't ever remember hearing of a police officer hassling anyone for no fenders, but I guess if they were looking for probable cause to pull you over, and their interpretation of the law was sketchy....

Ah ok. Call your state police and ask for thre vehicle code. Don't just let them tell you that you have to have em. Read it for yourself so you can be informed. I know Virginia has it all online so you can read it.
