Yep they sure will. May need longer bumpstops, and or a small amount of trimming. If you don't wheel too hard you shouldn't even need trimming

I have a buddy, who has a 99' XJ. He runs 33x12.5's with 5.5 inches of lift. He did trim the fenders some.

I run a 4.5 lift and have 31x10.50's and rub a little up front when wheeling hard on the trail, no trimming with stock flares, thinking about extending bump stops.

Leave the swaybar attached and it'll be fine.

To fix that, i got spidertrax wheel spacers, which work if you use them right (locktight) OR get wheels with more backspacing. Mine just barely rubbed on the control arms on sharp turns and that fixed it right up.

Wheel spacers do ad extra stress to wheel bearings so keep that in mind. IMO use them only if necessary.

You need extra long for your lower arm control. If not, the right front tire would look more out of the fenders.
