ok I discovered a noise, kind of a tick coming from what appears to be a line connected to my a/c compressor. If I touch the line I can feel it. Also I need to replace my blower motor resistor, but this happens with no air or heat turned on? any ideas?

I am at work, but I will try to get pictures of which line I can feel it in later.

 

Also I can only hear the noise when in the cab.

 

probably a clogged expansion valve, on the fire wall, they get clogged now and again, or your feeling a noise traveling though something else. Needing a blower motor resistor doesn't really effect anything but the speed. Pics would be helpful.
