Default Serious misfire and high pressure.

The other day I noticed my oil pressure jump to 80. After looking a few things up I thought it was just a bad sensor.

Today however, I went to drive and my Jeep and an insanely rough idle and was misfiring so bad I had a blinking CEL. I have had a misfire for 8 months now but I thought I solved it with the heat soak issue.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Thanks,
Jon

It was just done about 1000 miles ago with new filter.

I used Mobile 1 Synth and K&N.

Oil can still go bad, I had my flushed 1.2k miles ago same with the coolant and then all of this **** broke off and mixed in with my new stuff. sometime it takes a few changes and few filters to make it all clean and nice again..

Had codes read. Came back as Multiple/random misfire. Cylinder 1 misfire, cylinder 2 misfire, and cylinder 3 misfire. The guy recommend changing plugs and wires. But I have a coil pack what wire would I be changing? I will do plugs again even though the were changed 5500 miles ago.
