I have to drive across the country in a couple weeks, no other choice. I hear this noise when I idle and some random clicks while I’m driving but mostly when I turn it off or it’s idling. My oil pressure is low,
mobil one extended filter.

tomorrow I plan on doing the rod bearings and the main bearings hoping it will be a fix to drive it. Any ideas? I’m kinda lost and am taking a risk doing this.
