Well, after replacing the two front shocks, I noticed a clunking noise on passenger side whenever the jeep hits a pithole. What could be wrong? I don't have torque wrench so I tight the bolts of shocks until I can't turn it any more. I wonder if this will cause the described problem?
Thanks.
Thanks.

check the top nut. you want to tighten it down enough to squish the tower bushings a bit. you can't really over tighten them really. not unless you crush them to pieces.
if they are skyjacker, they have an smaller, more inferior bushing/washer than stock ones. so i've just ordered a set of stock washers/bushings from the dealer. much better.
