yes. leave the radiator cap OFF and let the engine run. when the system heats up the thermostat will open and everything will circulate.
turn the heat on high/defrost so you can make sure the heater/a/c selector valve is open circulating the water through the heater core.
just keep toping off the radiator as the water goes down.
If you don't have an incline this still works, the hill just helps the air climb to the highest point.
your engine will have to be cool enough to open the radiator cap though or you will be making your life harder by allowing more air into the system.

i brought it to get flushed but these guys were morons, its not overheating anymore but i still have no heat??? if i have to replace the heater core that means i flushed and filled the coolant for no reason it'll have to be done again. can a clogged heater core cause overheating as well?

heater cores rotted or clogged, i bypassed the heater core and its not overheating or leaking anymore so im fine for now but need to get my heater core replaced im gonna attempt to do it myself to save some dough
could be a big job depending on where your heater box is if it's under the dash be wary you may need to pull the dash and the passenger airbag (Be careful they are explosive powder actuated devices). If access is under the hood it may be easier but the last one I replaced was in a mustang and ford sucks due to the placement under the dash. You may also need to disconnect the A/C lines (fun).
