96 XJ 2 door. When making a turn, turn signals dont work at all. Hazards, nothing. But sometimes with turn signal on, youll hear a buzzing sound under dash. Like a 60s door bell. Intermitent on the buzzing Sometimes I get no buzzing just quiet no turn signal condition. Didnt check anything.
Could be related. Wipers stay on sometimes when multifunction switch still is in off position. Shutting truck off and restarting it sometimes fixes this delema. I've done it while rolling occasionally like when on the highway. May or may not be related.
Whats it sound like before I grab the gold ol power probe III?

Your lack of turn signals, flasher and buzzing sound sound like a bad flasher unit. It shouldn't be related, but could be a wiring short from the turn signal/flasher/wipers in the steering column.

i would check for wiring issues in front lights turn signals and flasher different wires in column different flashers different circut
well, come to think of it, I have no front parking lights. When it worked I only had tail lights, and headlights, no parking stuff up front. Never worked since ive owned it. Blinkers always worked though, just never any other lights up there except headlamps.
I feel like this will become a can of worms when i start checking it out later

Your lack of headlights or parking lights sounds like a light switch issue, or possibly broken or shorted wires. In that you have or had tail lights and no front parking lights, it sounds more like a wiring issue rather than the switch. It takes both a power wire and ground to complete the circuit.
