Default No Turn Signal, Hazards, Brake Lights

I have a 95 jeep cherokee and it has driven fine all winter but now i have no turn signals, hazards, cluster signal lights and brake lights. I have checked all the fuses and relays and the flasher and they all work fine. The flasher relay does make a buzzing noise when i engage the signal or hazards so switched it and it still buzzes. Its not burning or anything. Any help will be appreciated thank you.

Check the connections behind your cluster. Follow the wiring from your cluster,to see if any wires are broken.

if you have checked both sets of fuses... i think its the same set up as my 99: one down by the pass. feet, the other under the hood... then maybe a grounding issue, or a relay somewhere? try a thread search.
