Default No Start Revisited

I have a no start condition with my 1999 Cherokee 4.0..Fuel is getting to the rail (40+psi),Crank is strong, power to all relays ,NO SPARK FROM COIL.I’ve change TPS already, alternator is new(er), probably rebuilt. Battery is a few months old. Plugs, wires, cap and rotor are two or three months old.

1. I’m showing no codes.2. Coming out of driveway, stalled at stop sign cranked up and had to keep horsing gas pedal to back, back into driveway,3. Only signs previous had been days earlier battery gauge was showing a high voltage condition pinning meter to pegs, voltage drops back to normal, then jumps back up. My questions are:

What components are on same fuse as coil primary?
How do I test twelve volts plug to coil? With key on, will twelve volts remain constant or momentarily like fuel pump start up.?
My question is (since I can’t seem to find the right wiring diagram) what is the path from the ignition switch to the coil
Thanks In Advance
