Default No start, no crank, no power, nothing

It's a random issue. I'll turn the key, and the starter will click, and then everything will go dead. Radio, lights, everything stops working. I'll remove the terminals, try again and then 50% of the time it'll start up and then after I turn it off I'll have to do the same.

I know the NSS has been giving me issues, but how can that cause no power to anything?

What should I look for or does anyone have any write-ups on fixing grounds etc.. I should add that sometimes it starts right up no problem (in neutral) and others just flat dead.

Im assuming the battery is fine because it eventually will start up (sometimes takes 10-15 mins to start) and I reallly don't get it?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Temporarily bypass the NSS and see if the problem clears up.

Sounds like a bad ground or battery cables possibly.

The nss wouldn't cause a no power. Start by checking your battery to make sure that it has a good charge. Also check the battery terminals to make sure that they are clean and tight and finally check all of the grounding points and not just at the battery.

I had a similar issue. Turned out to be a bad wire (green wire) connection running to the starter relay. mine is located close to the battery, but it's a 90, not sure if 95's are the same.
