Unhappy No start, Backfire

Hey guys,
Just want a little input...I can't be the only one out there that's had this happen. I just swapped my old motor from my 01 XJ with a Remanufactured. Got her all put back together, and installed, and now The jeep won't start at all, and backfires through the intake. Here's te catch: Coil rail, Crank and cam angle sensor, IAC, and TPS are all new upon installation. Is there something i'm missing here? It's getting a little ridiculous at this point

There's only one way it can go on. Its a solid rail that plugs into the spark plugs

okay, wasnt sure exactly how they mounted. Just know that it could cause that if it were in wrong order. its sounds like then you cant mount rail turned around either then right?

This problem is timing related. With no way to adjust your timing and with the things you replaced would make me thing cam is clocked wrong. That would suck, I hope its not.

motor came assembles minus oil pump, pickup, valve cover and oil pan.
if cam was clocked wrong it would have been caught on ATK's test prior to shipment. would it be possible for that cam synchronizer gear drive to be flipped 180 and sending incorrect signal to the PCM? This is why i hate distributorless ignition for the record
