Default no start

I just bought this 1997 jeep cherokee and it didn't start. So i did plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel injection service. Started right up and ran for the whole day. All the sudden it died on me on the road and couldn't get it started. So i towed it back home and checked everything. Everthing was fine so i tried to start it up again and it started right up. But now it keeps dieing after a few minutes and sometimes wont ever start.

Your problem may be ignition or fuel. Check for a spark at the plugs to see if the ignition is good. For fuel during your hard start, turn the key on for a few seconds then off. Do this a couple of times without trying to start engine. Then try to start engine. If it start fairly easy, you may have a fuel problem. Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and check fuel pressure.

I finally fixed it. It was a burnt wire leading to the coil. Thus why there was no spark at some times. I rewired it and wrapped in heavily in electrical tape. Starts up every time and doesn't shut off.
