No start
I'm looking at buying a project, A 1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L Automatic.
The owner said: "It would stall out if i took my foot off the brake in drive only. Finally got it to roll forward. Put it in reverse. Stalled out. No start since."
He has replaced: Fuel pump, Crank Position Sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, Front O2 Sensor, Plugs, Cap, Rotor, and Wires.
What is your money on maybe the coil? NSS? Stator?
He is looking for 2k. Which seems high to me. But he does have a 3" RC lift and 31's.

2k for a 99 that won't start? Heak no. Unless he can get it to run, offer at most 1.5k or something like that. I picked up my '92 for 1.2k and it runs perfectly despite the typical AMC engine knock.
Anyways based on the issue, after it stalled what did it do when he tried to start it? I.E. nothing, crank but didn't fire, etc. The more details the better.
