Where are you? You DO know that might be worth something?...And if there really is "no spark" then you can just hold the coil wire and crank it, right?
Coil testing can be tough.....might just be that, especially if you feel something, but just weak. Like it got the signal but can't do the real zap.
(And no, death is rare in my personal experience)(and my little brother is fine to)

The person i had lined up to buy it backed out, so i ended up doing a little more troubleshooting today. I have power all the way up to the coil, but nothing after. Cleaned the terminals, and still nothing. I just ordered a new coil. I guess well see if that does anything.
I really didn't want to sell it anyways. With only 50k miles i think its worth putting the money into. Already axel swapped and lifted. Just needs some frame patching. Oh well
Thanks for the help again.

Just let that go and try the coil. There is just no point. (and nothing called a "coil pack") on your Jeep. We get that it tested good, but that can be tough.
Best of luck, fingers crossed here as well.
Just thinking...there must be something that fulfills the function of a condenser in the ICU. Anyway let us know how it goes. Don

I don't have any supper understanding of how the thing works. As I mentioned earlier, if I saw the injectors firing via a noid light, (or actually pulling the rail and seeing them fire), I might assume that the ECU, (and CPS) is at least somewhat functioning.
And again I do believe there is a Snap-On scanner, maybe the 2500 that can test a Renix Jeep. (The DRB 2 is pretty rare I guess).
This bonehead might try an ICU, if everything else looked right.
I pulled an injector plug and hooked it to a 4-1/2 volt bulb from a 3 cell Mag-Light, and it flashed, so I'm sure that works. >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPdkU...ature=youtu.be

I dont have a bulb like that so i guess tomorrow's project is going to be pulling the fuel rail. Ive never pulled a fuel rail, but I've heard about the o rings. Whats the chance ill have to replace those?

Well, hold on!...it will be way easier to find something that will function as a noid light than to pull the rail!
The first time I tried it with a 12v dash bulb I got nothing, but I might have done it wrong. That's why I tried the bulb from my three battery flashlight. (3 cell Mag-light). (3, 1-1/2 V batts. in series , 4.5 Volt) Hardware store should have them. Or try a 6V tale-light bulb?
I wasn't actually suggesting you pull the rail just to see if the ECU is signaling the injectors to fire. Hard to see with a meter since it only provides current to the injector for a flash.....
I got over 700 hits for "Homemade noid light" > https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...pe=&as_rights=
Also if those are stock (Siemens Deca?) injectors, pulling them will likely make them leak where the housing is crimped. (see fifth down)> http://witchhunter.com/probleminj1.php

Thanks for the heads up. I read that about 2 mins before i went to pull the fuel rail. Ill leave it in there.
Ill see what i can do to get one of those lights and give that a shot.
Thanks for the help!
