No Running Lights No Tail Lights
Yup. I checked every fuse and none were bad. Replaced the switch, nothing changes. Brake Lights work, headlights, reverse and turn signals all work. Ideas? Is it a ground somewhere? Thanks dudes.

See if these diagrams will help. They're from a '97 XJ but maybe yours is the same or close.
