hey i have a 1998 Cherokee 4.0L 4x4 auto, driving today and radio and cluster just stopped working, blowing fuse #16 it happened before around 6 months ago and i just tore out the radio and the cluster and put it back together and the problem didnt come back until today, anone else had the same problem? dont want to just take things apart again and not find anything obvious just for it to come back in a few months

 

Got a wire pinched or abrading back there?

 

X2 I'd vote that there is an exposed wire back there that grounds itself out

 

nope turned out to be door switches for interior lights
