Default No power in my dash!

I have no power, in my 90 xj, to my stereo the wipers the heater the signals or any of the switches in the dash. I have checked the fuses and they are all looking good. I still have power to the dome lights the cluster and all the lights in the dash. I also have power to the windows. I tried to check for power in the fuse box and looks like the stuff that isnt working doesn't have power at the box.

you have a ignition switch on the coloum that takes the key, when you turn the key theres a rod that goes down the coloum and moves the electric ignition switch which distributes power in the xj

Are all XJ's configured this way or just the early model years?
