i have a 87 camanche with a 89 motor i just put i had power before the swap i now have no power to the wiring harness no lights ignition radio nothing it will start if i cross the starter but no pwer anywhere else i have chansed every wire in the truck they are all were they are suposed to be but still nothing. any suggestions?

all the symptoms of a bad ground. Start chasing wires back.

i have all the grounds are hooked up everyone is saying you missed a wire or a ground but i have chaced every wire in the truck they are in the right place

.....maybe you forgot to add a ground wire somewhere since you said you replaced every wire in the harness...

EDIT: read "chansed" as "changed" in the Original post.

i meant chased all the wires were would the main fuse be? the only wire i cant find a place for is this one

i dunno maybe between the battery and fuse box somewhere. most cars have them

one of the main wireing harness connectors on the passenger fire wall

One of the main wiring connectors, eh? Sounds like it could be the source of your problems... got any better pics of it? where it was laying when you found it, where it connects to, etc?

I can't be 100% sure but I was looking around under the hood of my Cherokee today and I saw a very similar plug that plugs in to a port just down a little bit from the Oil filter. It sticks out from the part the oil filter screws on to. Not sure of the technical name or anything.

thats the oil pressure sending unit wire
