No Overdrive and CEL is on

No Overdrive and CEL is on
Yesturday all was well.
Today the CEL came on and I have no Overdrive.
Here is the Skinny so far.
Fluid is good and Full, Fuses are all good.
Checked the Codes:
700 Trans control Malfunction
705 Trans control Malfunction
1694 Malfunction, does not state what
1698 Malfunction, does not state what
Clear the Codes and Trans works perfect for a couple of minutes, then CEL comes back on and Trans gets 1st.& 2nd. just fine but jumps
in and out of 3rd. mostly out, and has no Overdrive.
So what Say You ?
Where do I go from here ?

Update:
I received a good TPS from RoyalXJ
Installed it and shot some Air-Intake cleaner throught the Throttle body.
CEL stayed off and was shifting fine.
However; after about 12 miles the CEL came back on, still shifting fine.
How do I check the TCM ?
Also could a bad 02 sensor cause an issue ?
I ask because the wiring to mine had a burnt spot and a bare wire that I taped up.

Light came back on
Still getting Code 705 = Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction (PRNDL Input)
Translated = the NSS
Problem is I have did the NSS fix, tested it and installed it correctly.
Code keeps coming back.
Man am I stumped

Well now the light stays off until the Tranny gets warmed up, about 20 minutes.
Then the light comes on and it shifts from 1st straight into 4th.
I can unhook the TCM and shift it manually just fine.
HELP !
I have replaced the TPS
Did the NSS fix and installed the NSS proper and tested it.
Checked and cleaned all electical plugs that I could find.

It is Cured
Problem was a bad 1-2 Shift Solenoid.
However; I replaced all 3 Solenoids with brand new ones, along with a new Filter and 4.5 quarts of Valvoline Fluid.
