Nope. If he left excess wire wrapped up, he did NOT do a nice job. That's sloppy, and if he's that sloppy, he probably did other sloppy things.

Oh I had been measuring the voltage straight from the battery.

I had the red lead at the connector and was using the battery negative as the ground.

Went ahead and ordered a harness for the headlights

What should my ohms readings be on the ground and power?

Putco is a no go. Taking it to a jeep shop when I'm back from HI in a month. So lame..
