So, the other morning, my windshield was fogged up so I turned my heater on. When I turned the **** to defrost, I heard a pop and now no air comes from the defrost vents. I can hear the air blowing around in the dash and all of the other settings work just fine. I've had the opposite problem before, where, all I had was defrost but, I have never had the privilege of dealing with this haha. Anyone experience this issue before?

 

Sounds like the bell crank for the defrost door broke.


Remove the radio and the top cover for the dash and take a look.
