Thanks for the reply, it would seem that I have a related problem: no running lights. The two seem to go hand in hand, no dimmer lights no running lights. I do have power at the running light fuse, altho I did find the fuse burn and replaced it temporarily with a 5 amp. I have yet to go back for round 3.

replacing the fuse doesn't fix the problem. A burnt fuse is the result of a problem.

Exactly switch/plug issue dont over think simple fixes.

I replaced the switch and still no lights I'm thinking of rewiring

Default NAILED IT!



two wires touching, after disconnecting all light plugs I could feel the blue wire at the left rear of lights (behind panel) getting hot.

Also, intermittent connection at light switch (power dome) connection.

And no factory wiring was butchered for this repair.
