NO dash lights

NO dash lights
I changed the fuse in my friends 89xj but he still has NO dash lights anywhere, could all the bulbs have blown over time (he just bought it) or could it be the headlight switch/dimmer...Tj

I think its only one bulb? i dont think mine has more than one but i'll have to double check. And its like 99.9% impossible to see the lights durring the day at all! those things are a low wattage light. I swapped my fuse, make sure the one you put in didnt blow, might be an electrical problem blowing that fuse every time. Umm... thats all I can think of now.
