To the original poster: Notice you must pull the engine to check the vacuum hoses and fittings.

Well I dont really have cruise. I have the posi axle which I just removed and capped the lines off. Im in the process of replacing all the vac lines. The only other problem is which bottle I use. I have two different ones. One has 4 vac connections and the other only has 1

Posi axle? You mean the front axle shift motor?

Do this mod and eliminate all that vacuum crap to it.

Thanks for the link but I already did that mod then replaced that whole axle with a straight axle to eliminate that problem. Plus I put in front lockers and didnt want multiple weak points

My vacuum lines seem to be covered in that corrugated plastic ducting, so I can't actually check the lines themselves without stripping it all off :/

having same issues. i only have air out of the defrost vents, no matter, heat, air, cold, etc..all out defrost. i did find that my vacuum ball was unhooked so i did hook it back up but made no change. i have checked all vacuum lines i can see and replaced all i needed to. what else is there to check? where is flapper door for heat or air, could that be stuck? etc... thanks. sorry to hijack but having same issues.

All you guys are checking lines, are you checking the valves? Pull check valves, and blow in them. If air goes through both directions, you have a bad Cv. Just did this, fixes my issue.
