Just bought a 05 Grand Cherokee No Crank, No power to fuel pump. Just clicks when key is turned. Starter is good. Fuses and relays are good. Battery is good. Windows and radio work when key is on. Gonna check and file down the ground connections today.

Seller picked up car broke down on side of interstate with no keys and had a key made. It's a grey one with chip.

Maybe a bad ECM?
