no bus issue
so im getting the infamous "no bus" on the odometer and all gauges are dead, lights still work though. checked the connector on the back of the cluster and all was okay, cleaned and put dielectric grease on anyway and reinstalled, no change. all connectors at pcm okay too. vehicle starts and runs fine...any suggestions on what/how to test next? thanks in advance for any help!!

Sounds like you already did all the basics.
I rewired mine with new connectors from Jeep, but still had "no bus" problems. After about 6 months of banging on my dash, I finally ordered a replacement gauge cluster from ebay. That solved my problems.
