No air at all

No air at all
I have searched and searched and came to a dead end. I have a 93 Cherokee inline 6. My problem is I have no air coming out of any of my vents. I have replaced my blower motor and resistor. Checked all the vacuum lines that I know of and none of them have any cracks that I can see. Also checked the ball in the front passenger side and that was good to go. Took apart the dash and check the control switch and that looks good to go also. I am lost as what to do and where to look. Just trying to get this done before winter comes. Any and all help will be appreciated.
