My bad. I completely misread that.

I don't think that t-case drop would cause a problem...

I'm stumped... I can't think of anything that would cause your symptoms.

It's cool. And yea that's where I'm at...lost. I also have no reverse lights...but correct me if I'm wrong, these don't have NSS cause they arnt aw4...right? I do get a humming noise out of the middle to front of the jeep..front drive shaft maybe? That or tcase... Just makes no sense to why I have 4x forward but not reverse...and I feel like if it was something with the reverse gear, I wouldn't have reverse at all...

Okay, yea il put it up on stands and check that out tomorrow, even tho if they do spin, it doesn't explain why they wouldn't with a load on them, I might go ahead and pull the nss and rebuild it too. Cause that should at least give me my reverse lights back (not a fuse or bulbs already checked twice).

Transmission lifts up under a load in reverse, this pushes and pulls on the t case linkage.

Front pinion bearings are junk, there a nice little bit of play with the yoke/international shaft. Up, down, side to side, even back and forth when turned...trans mount is good as far as I can tell, can only lift the trans up maybe and 1/8th of an inch..

Picking up a new front axle tomorrow, problem solved. Figured it was cheaper then having it rebuilt. Anybody wants a hp30 to rebuild I have one for cheap. Pinion bearings and gear need replacement for sure, shafts and carrier are good.
