extremely closed minded... i say if you want it then do it... people started dropping small blocks in the chevy vega for petes sake... they probly caught hell during the build but were soon considered kick butt when they started seeing the times...
what about these folks jacking up the giant diesels so high they can no longer pull goosnecks and are running like 50in tires... why would anybody do that either? for the joy of having something different... just because YOU wouldnt do it doesnt mean thats its wrong...
step outside the box...

100 shot is as much as the 4.0 can handle but beware that youll need to upgrade the fuel pump, otherwise you can say goodbye to the engine if it runs lean. Id be more concerned about the drivetrain surviving a sudden hit of 100hp/175lbft when the nitrous reaches full steam at ~3000rpm.
If you have the NP231 it will ruin the chain very fast. Not to mention it will turn your rod bearings to pulp. It WILL damage your engine, just a 50 shot may allow it to live a bit longer than 75/100 shot.
I know there was a guy who ran his on 100 shot for about a year, problems here and there, but he stayed on top of them until it killed his engine.
