Next Question Fuel line at the rail

1996 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L
How do I disconnect the fuel line at the rail? Do I need to remove the whole thing? I read somewhere on this board that I have to disconnect the fuel line to remove the head. Do I need to remove the entire rail to get the head out?
