Default Newbie with Misfire Issue

Hi all just got a 99 Cherokee Limited with a 4.0 when i purchased it it ran great but a couple days later when i was parked ideiling it threw a misfire on cyl 3. code so i did the basic plug, wires, cap, and rotor. Well it seem to have made it worse at idle now it idles rough and now it throws a cyl. 1 misfire was wanting some input before i threw more parts at it. Thanks Jessie

yeah that was the first thing i thought when i started it the first time. It runs great other then at idle and only throws a code maybe once every couple days. If i pull the #1 plug wire off when running it doesnt really change it much and it has hardly any spark.
