Here is the cheat sheat. The perks are that it is stronger than the D35, but the D44 is a better choice.

thats a 8.25 1990 and up have 8.25 and 1997and up had 29spline

by the picture someone has put a 8.25 so the only way to tell is taking it apart as far as i know cause stock 89 would be a dana 35

the best way to find out is pop the cover off and count
