Default New XJ Purchase - Advice

First off, I am a recent 4Runner owner, who is returning to a XJ. I previously owned a 2000 XJ and I am now looking at purchasing a 2001 XJ. It is located in a town 5 hours (drive time) form where I live, so I asked the seller to take pictures of the underside before I make a trip out there. I wanted to see if any of you that are mechanically inclined would notice anything in the following pictures that might steer me away from making the trip to check out this XJ. The price would be around $4,500. It has 155,000 miles, so I do not expect it to be in perfect condition; however, I do not want to buy a headache.

I may have to add this to my sig.............

Truthfully the only thing anyone can tell you by a picture is whether or not they like the color, caveat emptor.
