This question has been asked at least 5 times in the last week.
Short answer is........ It depends. Especially on how much life you have left in your suspension.
If it was brand spanking new without the Upcountry option 23575R15 and it may rub your lower control arms.
Anything bigger than that then you just got lucky or someone lied about how big the tire really is.

on a side note I fit a 33x12.5x15 on my sisters jeep with no lift, and trimmed fenders.. didnt leave it on there, but she has 235/75/15s on it stock height before the fenders were trimmed too
33 no lift..
and this was before trimmed fenders.. tires are 235/75/15
