Default New tie rods and now the wheel won't center.

Replaced all the tie rods and now the steering wheel won't center . The steering wheel is about a 1/4 to the left and is as far as it'll go to the right. The tie rod @ the pitman arm and the drag link are touching in the middle of the adjustment sleeve. The alignment shop got the toe good, but was thrown off about the wheel adjustment. Went to 2 other places and they too were thrown off about the tie rod and drag link cranked all the way. All 3 shops said that everything is perfect except for lack of adjustment for the wheel. All 3 shops said the tie rod at the pitman arm may be too long, but is the same length as the one I took off.
Any ideas??
Maybe a shorter tie rod @ the pitman arm??
Thanks.

Did the tie rod in the drag link come with the sleeve? If so did you take the tie rod out of the sleeve to make sure it wat the correct length?

The tie rod and drag link is one piece.

The drag link and/or TRE on it have to be to long unless the pitman arm was taken off and installed in the wrong position.
