Default new lift, can i get longer driveshaft?

Hey guys,

Well im happy to say i jus put on my 4.4 lift whhhooooooohhhhoooooooo
haha ill post pics up tomorrow. promise.

but my question is i put the t case drop kit and im getting no vibes watsover so i was so happy. So i took it for alignment and the guy asked what i was gonna do with my drive shaft.
You can see bout inch and a half to 2 of cleanness where the shaft use to be and is now extended.
He suggested besides the sye(which i knew), i can extend my driveshaft but thatll cost me 350
Could i put another longer driveshaft? I think i read from here that automatics have longer ones. not too sure.
Can someone shinesome light on me if its possible and if it is what kind of xj, specs.

Thanks in advance

You could get a longer yoke from rustys offroad, and around here it costs 50 dollars for them to lengthen or shorten a ds and 50 to balance

So do you need the sye still if you get the longer drive shaft. Just curious I ordered a 4.5" lift for my 01 so I dont know if i need to just get the sye or the ds or both
