I installed new leaf springs in my ‘99 Cherokee and she is sitting at 19.5” now. This was unintentional but hey I’ll take it. But my front tires are measuring at 17”.
how can I lift my front end to level off with my back end.
thanks in advance.

Wait a few months for the new springs to sag and see it's still a problem (with a full tank of gas and the usual junk in the back)

When you tightened the leaf spring bolts, did you do it while on its own weight, on the ground?
If not, loosen all the leaf mounting hardware on the ground, jounce/cycle the suspension several times by jumping up and down on the bumper corners and middle, then re-tighten.
You can also use coil spring spacers, ACOS makes adjustable ones

From his measurement I'd say it's possible he's installed either Dorman or Crown HD springs. He could wait for them to settle but at least in the case of my Crown HD springs with the cargo area empty they're still the same as they were when I installed them in 2017. With that rear measurement he could use ZJ coils and a 3/4" spacers w/o the isolators. I used Terra Flex spacers but they're no longer available. Plenty others available though.

I did cycle through and tighten the bolts on the ground.
I did install crown HD springs, good call and after looking I did use a rough country shackle but I figured since it had 2 settings the lowest would equal to stock.
Like my user name says I am very new to doing all this.
Will these springs eventually settle, and will driving with a higher rear end harm anything?

More than likely it will settle down a bit,
So these are the only stock looking RC shackles I found offered for a XJ and at their lowest setting offer a 1 1/2" lift.

As far as harming anything goes you may have a driveline vibration due to changing the angle of the drive shaft. I've got it but haven't been able to fix it yet. I don't drive daily but long enough that I haven't had any failures. U-joints will likely wear earlier.

I did the same as you, years ago. Nothing has been hurt by me driving around with the nose low - but the front springs are now badly rusted so it's probably time for me to sort it out!

You also must make sure your leaf spring shackles are at a 45 degree angle when jeep is at rest on level surface. When you change height, this angle can change too. Much off of that 45 angle and the ride can GREATLY suffer, jarring jolts going over bumps! If so, then a different length or adjustable shackle and or shackle relocator is required, what ever it takes to restore the correct 45 degree shackle angle!! !!!
You will need to get the shackle angle sorted out BEFORE you raise the front to match back. This is cause when you correct shackle angle, that may alter the rear height a bit too. If the goal is to even out the front to back height, get the back finally sorted out first.
Good luck!

I have not done anything yet. I am planning on leveling out with the zj coils and 3/4” spacer. My kid started college today so money is a little tight. But she has never had a smoother ride since I have had her.

Hello everyone. It took a few days but I finally got the new coil springs, spacers, sway bar and sway bar link ends replaced. BUT now Cheyenne will not start. She will crank but not start. My tachometer does not bounce, no lights stay on (check engine etc.) and I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the key.
Please help!
