Default NEW JEEP LIFT

Ok guys... new to the Jeep scene. I have a set of Gabriel Max Control fronts, a set of HD coil springs. Does anyone know how much lift that is going to give me. I am shooting for a 3" lift and am on a budget. If there is a better way please let me know. I would like to not use the coil spring spacers.

Are the HD coil springs made for an XJ or something else? An XJ spring that claims to be HD but, does not claim to lift is just that, an HD stock height spring. Need more information please. Same question for the shocks. Are they stock length or are they longer than stock? The absolute cheapest way to get 3" of lift is with a 3" spring spacer in front and a 3" block, shackle or AAL in back....and of course longer shocks.
