Blue is 100% correct if ya get the t-case get the trany with it to match as well as the front axle...Honestly easiest method would be look look for a donor with a blown motor, wrecked or somthing that still has a good tranny, t-case and front axle and have it hauled to you house and just pull and put on then have a local JY come pick up what's left...plus you will get extra parts..

No the tranny is not compatable but you can use the differentials both f/r but everything else will not work.

The donor needs to come from a 91-95 4.0 XJ with an AW4 tranny and either NP231 or NP242 t-case....for the tranny and t-case that is...also if you go with the 242 you will need the front axle that is non disco if memory serves??? Am I correct on that Blue?
